Which is the Best Investment Plan?

Help me figure out which is the best investment plan in India?

Choosing the best investment plan is not as straightforward. You have made a big ask here. You need to think about it at a deeper level.

What are your financial goals, how much risk are you willing to take, how many returns are you expecting? There are so many questions that you need to ask yourself before deciding to invest anywhere.

Some investment options available to you could be:

  • Mutual Funds SIP: to create wealth with medium to high risk
  • PPF: to make a safe bet for long term savings
  • NPS: good for retirement planning with low to medium risk
  • Fixed deposit: in case you are looking for fixed and safe returns within a specified tenure.
  • Equity or shares: depending on where you invest, your risk will vary and so will the returns. This is a high-risk, high reward wealth creation channel.
  • Gold or Sovereign Gold Bonds: again, a safe investment instrument with fixed returns over a stipulated time.
  • ULIP: it’s a long term saving with some risk and the returns are linked to the share market.

I would suggest you do a thorough analysis of these investment options and understand what are the risks involved before blindly following any advice.
