which is best sip or rd?

SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) and RD (Recurring Deposit) serve different purposes, so the “best” depends on what you want. RD is very simple you put a fixed amount every month in the bank, and after the chosen time you get your money back with guaranteed interest. There is no risk, but the returns are limited. SIP, on the other hand, invests your money in mutual funds, so while there is some risk of ups and downs, over a longer period the returns are usually much higher than RD. RD is good if you want safety and fixed returns, but if you can stay invested for at least 3–5 years and don’t mind small market fluctuations, SIP is a better option to grow wealth.
