Where can I print my EPF statement?
You can easily get your EPF statement online through the EPF Portal or the UMANG app.
If I am at home and using my laptop, I visit the EPFO Website.
Under the ‘Our Services’ section, click ‘For Employees’ and then choose ‘Member Passbook’. After logging in with your UAN and password, you can see all your EPF accounts linked to your UAN. Simply pick the account you want and download the statement in PDF format.
When I am on the go, I prefer using the UMANG app.
Open the app, go to ‘All Services’, select ‘EPFO’ and tap ‘View Passbook’ under ‘Employee Centric Service’. Once you enter your UAN, you get an OTP on your registered mobile number. After verifying it, you can instantly view or download your EPF statement right from your phone.
Both options will give you the same details, such as your contributions, your employer’s contributions and the total balance.
It takes less than 2 minutes and you can access it anytime without waiting in queues or filling out forms.
