In the UMANG app, the PPO number refers to your Pension Payment Order Number. Every pensioner under the EPF scheme receives a unique 12-digit number. You can use it for all pension-related transactions and communications. It is essential for tracking and managing your pension.

The UMANG app makes it easy to find your PPO number without visiting any office. Here is how I do it:

  1. Open the UMANG app on my mobile.
  2. Go to ‘All Services’ and select ‘EPFO’.
  3. Tap on ‘Services’ and choose ‘Know your PPO number’.
  4. Enter your PF account or bank account number.
