What happens if my payment is deducted but FD is not booked?
While we try to ensure that all payments get processed on our app successfully, in the off chance that, due to technical glitches, your FD is unable to be processed, please rest assured that your money is 100% safe and will be returned to your source account within 5 working days.
Please note:
- You must use your own savings account (Name as per PAN, Aadhaar & Bank account must be same) for making payments.
- Current accounts, HUF accounts, corporate accounts, NRO, NRE, and FCNR accounts cannot be used for booking an FD on the Stable Money app.
