What browser permissions need to be enabled to complete Video KYC?

For Android users

  1. Ensure Chrome app is updated from Playstore
  2. Select device settings - Select apps/ app management - manage apps
  3. Select Chrome - Select Chrome as default browser -
  4. Select App permissions/ permissions - Enable Location, Camera, Microphone and Notifications
  5. Then open Chrome app - Select settings - then select site settings - Check Camera, Location, Microphone and also check if third party cookies are allowed / permissions granted.

For IOS users-

  1. Ensure Safari app is updated
  2. Select IOS settings
  3. Turn on locations services, scroll down select safari websites - select allow while using the app
  4. Then search Safari browser in ios settings , select default browser as safari.
  5. Then enable Location, Camera and Microphone permissions.
