If you are an HDFC Bank credit cardholder, you can redeem your reward points if they exceed 500 points. You can redeem it for products, discounts and gift vouchers.

Are you wondering how to redeem HDFC credit card reward points using net banking? Let me tell you the process:

  • Step 1: Log in to your HDFC net banking portal using valid credentials.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Credit Cards’ option.
  • Step 3: Register your HDFC credit card once; click on ‘Register New Card’ on the left-hand side of the navigation option.
  • Step 4: Enter the 4-digit credit card PIN to complete the process.
  • Step 5: Select ‘Redeem Reward Points’.
  • Step 6: Select your credit card and click on ‘Continue’.
  • Step 7: Click on ‘Redeem Reward Points’ on the home page.
  • Step 8: Choose the points range and item category to navigate to the catalogue.
  • Step 9: Select your preferred items to navigate to the shopping cart.
  • Step 10: Click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ link and edit, if necessary.
  • Step 11: Read the terms and conditions before you click on the acceptance checkbox.
  • Step 12: Confirm your registered address, email ID and contact details. Connect with the customer service department in case of any discrepancy.
  • Step 13: Click on ‘Redeem’ to confirm.

Ensure you note the redemption order number.
