Please share steps on how to download UAN card from EPFO portal.

Downloading your UAN card is quick and can be done entirely online through the EPFO member portal. Here is how you can do it:

  1. Visit the EPFO portal.
  2. Log in using your UAN, password, and captcha code.

NOTE: You must activate your UAN first if it is not activated.

  1. From the navigation tab, click on ‘View’ and then select ‘UAN Card’.
  2. Your UAN card will appear on your screen with all other details.
  3. Click the download icon to save it as a PDF.
  4. If you want a physical copy, simply print the downloaded file.

I like having the PDF version saved because it is handy for online submissions, but the printed version works just like an ID card, similar to a PAN card. This whole process usually takes less than 5 minutes.
