I have been asked to share my PF statement. Please tell me how to download EPF statement.
You can download the PF statement either on the EPFO website or you can download UMANG app on your phone to extract EPF Statement.
I have used both ways in the past, let me guide you through.
Via EPFO Website
To get PF statement on the EPFO website, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to the official website of EPFO - EPFO | Member Passbook
- Login using your UAN number and password.
- Once you have successfully logged in, go to the ‘View Passbook’ option and click on it.
- You will be able to see the details of all the transactions on your screen. Click the download option and you will be able to download your PF statement.
Via UMANG app
Getting PF statements online on the UMANG app is easier. You just need to download the UMANG app and a few clicks later, you will have your PF statement with you.
Follow these steps:
- Download the UMANG app
- Register or login using your mobile number and MPIN / OTP. I prefer OTP login since remembering MPIN is a hassle
- Now just type ‘EPFO’ in the search bar and click on it.
- Under ‘All Services,’ click on ‘employee Centric Services’ and then on ‘View Passbook’
- Enter your UAN and submit
- Authenticate request with OTP and in the next step download the statement.
