How to Close FD in Bank of Baroda Online?

I have 1 fd in bank of baroda, can you tell me how to break fd in bank of baroda online? I dont want to visit the bank for this.

For me, the online process of closing an FD in the Bank of Baroda is pretty straightforward. There are two ways:

  1. Internet Banking
  2. Mobile Banking.

If you choose the internet banking service,

  1. First, you need to visit the BOB official net banking portal.
  2. Then, log in using your customer ID and password.
  3. Post that, look for the ‘Deposit’ section. Choose the FD that you want to close prematurely.
  4. Then, click on ‘Close or withdraw the selected FD’.
  5. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the password, and you will be successful in closing your FD in BOB.

The bank will notify you by sending a notification to your registered number. If you wish to follow the other way to close an FD in the Bank of Baroda online, you need to

  1. First, download the BOB World app on your mobile.
  2. Sign in with BOB mobile banking credentials.
  3. Click on ‘Fixed Deposit’ and specify the FD type you need to close.
  4. Review the current status of your FD.
  5. Select the ‘Withdraw’ option to close it.
  6. You will receive an OTP. Enter that OTP and tap the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

Instantly, the bank will send the FD amount to your savings account.
