Changing your mobile number in the EPF account is simple, and you can do it either online or offline.

Online Method

  1. Visit the EPFO Member e-Sewa Portal
  2. Log in with your UAN, password, and captcha code
  3. Under the ‘Manage’ tab, click on ‘Contact Details’
  4. Select ‘Change Mobile No.’ and enter your new mobile number twice
  5. Enter the OTP sent to your new number by clicking ‘Get Mobile OTP’
  6. Click ‘Submit’ to update it instantly

Offline Method

  1. Fill out the form with your new Aadhaar-linked mobile number
  2. Your employer must sign and approve the form
  3. The employer will forward it to the regional PF office for processing
  4. Once updated, you will receive a confirmation SMS from EPFO

Before making changes, ensure your name in the EPF portal matches your name in the bank account linked to your PF.
