Calculating hallmark gold rate is easy you just need the three main things which includes current gold rate, Gold weight and making charges with GST
Here is formula for calculation-
Gold Rate= Gold rate x weight + making charges + GST
For example- If 22K gold rate = ₹6,000/gram and your jewellery weighs 10g and 1800 for making charges
Then ₹6,000 × 10 + 1800 + 3% GST = 63654, this amount will be the total gold rate
