How much time do I have to complete my video KYC process? Do I need to do it instantly?
Once you complete your payment, the bank will determine whether your booking requires a one-time video KYC to onboard you as a full KYC customer in their system.
You have 3 working days to complete your video KYC process, which takes just 2 minutes. Agents are available from 8am to 11pm, on all days (excluding Sundays) and on national holidays.
We recommend completing your video KYC immediately after the booking process to ensure a seamless FD creation on our app.
Your FD starts earning interest from the date of payment, so there’s no need to worry if you complete the video KYC 1-2 days after payment.
