Why do I need to complete video KYC?
Video KYC is a one-time process with each bank to onboard you as a full KYC customer in their banking system. The following are required to complete your VKYC:
The original physical PAN card, which are both your photo and signature for verification.
A blank sheet of paper and a pen for signature verification.
A smartphone with internet access and both front and back cameras for the video call with the authorized bank representative.
