What is the process of withdrawing my FD prematurely?
For Suryoday small finance bank:
Go to the “Profile” section
Click on “My Investments”
Select the FD you want to withdraw
Click on “Withdraw”
Your withdrawal amount will be credited instantly! For withdrawals over ₹5 lakhs, it can take up to 3 hours.
For Shivalik small finance bank, Utkarsh small finance bank:
Go to the “Profile” section
Click on “My Investments”
Select the FD you want to withdraw
Click on “Withdraw”
Your invested amount will be credited to your bank account by end of next working day.
For Shriram Finance:
Register on the Shriram Finance portal: www.shriramfinance.in
Set your MPIN
Re-Login using your Mobile Number and MPIN
Click on “My Deposits”
Select the FD you want to withdraw from the list
Click on “Service Requests” in the Sidebar
Select “Preclosure Request”
Click on “Submit” to finalize the withdrawal
Expect the withdrawal amount to be credited to your account within 36 hours.
For Bajaj Finance:
You can visit the website https://www.bajajfinserv.in/MyAccountLogin?Source=Landing and directly visit My Account - Bajaj Finance customer portal by clicking on ‘Apply for a premature withdrawal of FD’ below.
Once signed in, you’ll be redirected to the ‘Raise a Request’ section.
You can then select your FD, enter the relevant query and sub-query type, and proceed to submit.
You can also reach out to Bajaj customer support. You can expect the amount in 3-4 working days. Let us know if you need assistance with anything else.
For Fincare SF Bank:
Open the Fincare Netbanking portal and click on “Register”
Agree to the Terms & Conditions
Select any 3 mandatory fields for verification
Enter your Customer ID and other required details, then proceed
Re-login after registering
Click on “My Account”, then select “Deposit Pre-closure” and choose “FD Pre-Closure”
Enter your withdrawal bank details and proceed
Note: To find out your Customer ID, send a Whatsapp message to the official Fincare SF Bank contact number: 917211100400.
For Ujjivan SF Bank: To withdraw your Fixed Deposit FD) from Ujjivan SF Bank, please raise a ticket through our platform. We will then provide you with the necessary email format which needs to be sent to customercare@ujjivan.bank for the withdrawal process. The refund is processed within 2 working days post withdrawal request.
