What is difference between reinvest and refund option while booking an FD
While booking an FD, you get a choice of “maturity instructions” as below:
Refund: With this option, you will get back the principal and interest amount back to your source account
Reinvest: With this option, your principal and interest amount will get reinvested back in the same tenure with the bank at the current applicable rates after maturity
