What are the possible reasons for payment failure when booking an FD?
While we try to ensure that all payments get processed on our app successfully, if, due to technical glitches, your FD is not processed, please rest assured that your money is 100% safe and will be returned to your source account within 5 working days.
Below are some of the commonly observed payment failure reasons:
If a customer pays using another account with a different name as compared to their PAN/Aadhaar card.
If customers pay using accounts such as current account, NRE/NRO account, HUF account, etc.
Technical glitches, due to which the amount gets credited with a delay and the FD is not booked.
