How to withdraw my Ujjivan SF Bank FD?

If you wish to withdraw your FD. Please follow these steps:

  1. Visit your profile section and tap on My Investment.
  2. Select Active FDs, find your Ujjivan FD, and click on Request Withdrawal.
  3. An option to send an automated email will pop up, you can send it directly through your email app or copy and paste the content into a new email. 4. Send the email from your registered email ID.
  4. Once the bank receives your request, they will process your refund, and the funds should reach your bank account by the end of the next working day.

Note: You might receive an automated email from the bank asking you to go through a video banking process- please ignore that message.
