How to Fill FD Form of SBI?

How to fill up sbi deposit form?

Filling out the SBI FD form is actually quite simple. If you are new to SBI, you will just need to start by completing the Customer Information Sheet, kind of like your basic profile with the bank.

  1. Personal details, such as name, date of birth, marital status, occupation, income, PAN, and other basic information.
  2. Contact info such as Email, mobile number, and landline (if you have one).
  3. ID and address proofs such as Aadhaar, PAN, etc.
  4. Then you need to write the address and tick ‘Residential’.
  5. Sign it to confirm that you read the terms and were okay with verification.

Since I was already an SBI customer, the whole process was super quick and easy. Here is exactly what I did:

  1. Tick your account type.
  2. Select your mode of operation.
  3. Pick whether you want a Term Deposit or Reinvestment, and then choose how long you want to keep it.
  4. Add your savings/current account for payouts.
  5. Write your nominee’s name, relationship, contact, and address.

After you are done filling out the form:

  1. Hand over the form with KYC documents.
  2. Give the deposit amount (cash or cheque).
  3. Wait while they process it, then collect your FD receipt with the applicable interest rate and maturity date.

However, if you still do not feel confident, talk to a bank representative and ask for assistance.
