How do I get a refund if I can’t complete vKYC?
If you have made payment for your FD and can not complete video KYC, your FD will be cancelled. Your money will be refunded within 4 working days from the date of payment.
For a faster refund, initiate video KYC, ask the agent to reject it, and your refund will be processed by the next working day.
