Video KYC is a one-time process with each bank to onboard you as a full KYC customer in their banking system. The following items are required to complete your video KYC:

  1. Original physical PAN card with both photo and signature for verification.

  2. A blank sheet of paper and a pen for signature verification.

  3. A smartphone with internet access and both front and back cameras for the video call with the authorized bank representative.
