How can I complete my Video KYC?

Video KYC can be done within 2 minutes of paying for your FD.

You can complete the video KYC through the Stable money app itself. Just click on “Complete vKYC” on the vKYC pending card on the homepage and keep the below items handy:

  1. Original physical copy of your PAN card
  2. A pen & paper for your signature

You need to complete VYKC with the bank agent within next 3 working days of paying for your FD.

Please note that signature through red pen would not be considered and your video KYC will be marked rejected.

Bank video KYC timings:

  1. Utkarsh SF Bank - 7 am till 11 pm on all 7 days

  2. Shivalik SF Bank - 8 am till 8 pm on all days except Sundays, second & fourth Saturdays.

  3. Suryoday SF bank - 8 am till 8 pm on all days except Sundays, second & fourth Saturdays.
