- Register the Stable Money app on their phone, which carries the number that is linked to their Aadhaar card.
- Ensure that they verify the same number (linked with Aadhaar) during the FD booking process.
- If their booking is eligible for a video KYC, kindly ensure that they have their original physical PAN with them.
