Yes, you can invest in FDs as often as you like, creating multiple FDs with the bank. This allows you to take advantage of the best FD rates available at different times. Additionally, if you need money urgently, you can withdraw from a specific FD without affecting your other FDs.
Creating monthly Fixed Deposits is different from starting Recurring Deposits (RD) where in monthly amount gets added to an RD which all matures at the same end date. In the case of monthly FDs, the maturity amount of each FD will be as per the tenure chosen.
